The Russian Interior Ministry has announced the discovery of a theft involving motor fuel from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region. Officials indicate that an organized group may be responsible for the crime. The group reportedly includes Igor Martynov, chairman of the board of PJSC "Eurotrans," along with three senior managers and several high-ranking officers from the regional Interior Ministry, according to official spokesperson Irina Volk.
