S&P Global has upgraded its outlook for Freedom Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries, including Freedom Finance JSC and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, from "stable" to "positive." The agency also raised the national ratings for Freedom Finance and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan from kzA- to kzA. Meanwhile, Moody’s assigned ratings to the group's insurance companies for the first time: Freedom Life was designated Baa3, and Freedom Insurance received Ba1, marking Freedom Life as the first within the group to attain an investment-grade rating.
