At the Eastern Economic Forum, officials announced the signing of an agreement to establish a major semiconductor manufacturing plant in Primorye, which is expected to become Russia’s largest. The collaboration was formalized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the regional government, and the company ICS Holding.
