ChemicalMed Establishes Debut Bond Offering, SPB-001R-01
ChemicalMed announced the launch of its first bond issuance, SPB-001R-01, with the order book opening on September 3 at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time. The three-year bonds, totaling 1,080 days, will feature a maximum annual coupon rate of 22.5%, payable monthly. Investors will have the option to call the bonds after 1.5 years, beginning March 1, 2028, with an expected yield-to-call rate of up to 24.97%. In its interim financial report for the first half of 2026, measured under IFRS, the company reported a 19% rise in revenue, reaching 4.4 billion rubles, alongside a 26% increase in gross profit to 1.8 billion rubles.
