Russian Finance Ministry plans to propose including cryptocurrency within the scope of monitoring requirements under the decree on mandatory foreign exchange earnings sales, Moiseev said via Interfax. The ministry does not consider a return to non-zero foreign exchange sales norms necessary, citing effective monitoring measures.
