Top 10 Crypto Cards by Volume in August
About $735M in card spend across the top 10, and RedotPay alone is $390M of it - more than every other card on the list combined.
But RedotPay grew 2.3% this month. Everyone chasing it grew far faster: KAST +16.1%, Wirex One +37.7%, Plasma One +30.7%, Kolo +13.2%. The leader is coasting while the second tier compounds. EtherFi and KAST are now within $4M of each other at the $100M mark, close enough that the second-place fight is a real one.
Karta is the outlier going the wrong way, down 25.6% to $42.6M - the only meaningful decline in the table, and steep enough to look like something changed rather than a slow month.
Worth noting the scale here. $735M a month across every crypto card on the market is roughly what a mid-sized regional bank processes. The category is growing fast, but it's still tiny next to the payment rails it runs on.
