I had a TOEFL test appointment that was recently canceled due to the restrictions affecting TOEFL testing in Iran. I was informed that the test fee has been refunded to my original payment method.
Could you please provide me with the refund transaction receipt, reference number, or any official confirmation showing that the refund has been processed?
However, if possible, I would prefer to receive a complimentary TOEFL test link or a free rescheduling opportunity instead of the refund, so that I can take the exam once testing becomes available again.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know whether this option is available.
