If anyone suffer massive losses or got out while they still had capital remaining i have some advice. One important thing I learned in trading is that cutting losses always hurts at the moment you do it. But you won’t regret doing it years down the road. It’s the blown account that you regret.
I cut my losses as well today as have many of you here. We are all suffering because of it. It’s ok. Just don’t let these negative emotions bleed into your every day life. Be kind to your family and friends. Don’t lash out because you’re in a bad mood.
Breathe through it. The discomfort subsides over time.
And please please please do not try to revenge trade your way out of this. Take the loss and slowly re grow.
