• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively follow up on pending activities.
• Maintain high accuracy while reviewing documents and verification reports, with EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION to detail.
• Ensure all updates are recorded accurately and process guidelines are consistently followed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
🎯Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (0–2 years of experience; freshers )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
