Key areas:
CIT(A) appeals, drafting & written submissions
Income Tax notices & penalty proceedings
Complex Direct Tax research & advisory
Analysis of assessments, orders & tax positions
Strong understanding of Income Tax law & judicial precedents
What we’re looking for: Someone who can independently analyse complex tax matters, build strong legal positions and draft high-quality submissions.
