🎓 Qualifications: CA Inter / ICWA (CMA) Inter / M.Com
Key Responsibilities & Exposure:
• Manage complete accounting life-cycle processes up to finalisation.
• Provide critical support in financial preparation and compliance for our MSME Public Issue (IPO).
• Manage corporate banking relationships and coordinate loan processing and financial facilities.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Income Tax, GST, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) filings.
Required Expertise:
• Demonstrated proficiency in GST, Income Tax, and MCA compliance.
• Prior experience in loan documentation and IPO-related financial processes.
• Strong background in the IT/Software services sector is highly preferred.
