HYC Precision Engineering Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA - India) to join our Finance & Accounts team in Chennai.
📍 Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
💼 Position: Chartered Accountant – Finance & Accounts
🎓 Qualification: CA – India
⏳ Experience: 2–4 years post-qualification
💰 Salary: ₹10.5 LPA – ₹13.5 LPA, depending on experience
👤 Reporting to: Management
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting, monthly closing, reconciliations, financial reporting and MIS.
Handle/oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA and other statutory compliances.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Support FEMA/RBI, transfer pricing, withholding tax, DTAA and cross-border transactions.
Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and external consultants.
Support cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and banking activities.
Improve internal controls, finance processes and accounting systems.
Support finance-related projects across the group.
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA - India)
✅ 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
✅ Good understanding of intercompany transactions and group reporting
✅ Exposure to FEMA/FDI, Transfer Pricing & International Transactions is an advantage
✅ Experience with Zoho Books or other ERP/accounting software preferred
✅ Advanced MS Excel skills
✅ Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate with group stakeholders
