Metaplanet will contribute 2,100 BTC and $2.5 million in cash to Nasdaq-listed Super League, forming a U.S. treasury platform called Superplanet, valued at $134.6 million.

The deal gives Metaplanet control of Super League, linking Tokyo and New York capital markets under one bitcoin treasury strategy.
