Of course as soon as Russian military fails on the ground, and loses ground in Lyman, and cannot advance further past Kostiantynivka, and yet the city has not fallen, the U.S. aids Russians because of course the Russia would rob his own people of fuel just to make U.S. more hostile toward Ukraine, it is just poor insight from U.S. administration to fall for it.
Oh not to mention, the Russians offered their on-water diesel to U.S. with a lot of discount to alleviate the gas prices for midterm elections hence why U.S. is throwing Ukraine under the buss just for another re-election of the Republican party.
