Currently, the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) and the National Police are conducting a pre-trial investigation into the attack on a warehouse near Kyiv, followed by a detonation.
A criminal investigation has been opened under the article concerning negligence of duty.
As of now, it is known that 27 people have died. One of the deceased is Taras Didych, the head of the Dmytriv community, who was saving people.
