A significant milestone in strengthening India–Singapore professional ties!
ICAI and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) exchanged letters to work towards a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) and building AI capabilities.
CA. Prasanna Kumar D, President, ICAI and Mr. Lee Boon Teck, President, ISCA exchanged the Letters of Intent to work towards a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) on behalf of ICAI and ISCA in the presence of; CA. Mangesh Kinare, Vice-President, ICAI; Ms. Jocelyn Goh Chern Ni - Vice President, ISCA, CA. Sanjib Sanghi and CA. Rohit Ruwatia, Central Council Members and ICAI Singapore Chapter Team.
The proposed collaboration aims to enhance professional recognition and global mobility while advancing AI capabilities, knowledge-sharing and responsible adoption of emerging technologies across the accountancy profession.
Together, ICAI and ISCA are working towards building a future-ready, globally connected and technology-enabled accountancy profession.
