🇷🇺 The first consequences of the new crypto law have already reached banks — in Russia, operations of foreign crypto providers have started being blocked, even if they operate under licenses from Belarus or Kyrgyzstan, reports Viktor Pershikov.
The reason is simple — working through Russian banks now requires a local license, but there is currently no registry or clear licensing mechanism in place.
As a result, foreign exchanges are being denied access to ruble operations.
