#Job #Description & #Accountability:
1. Programming of PLC and HMI.
i) Simotion 'D' Controller 435/445 - TIA V17
ii) HMI - Comfort and TP all types of HMI – TIA V17.
iii) PLC - Simatic S71500, Simatic S71200 and S7-300/400
iv) Programming language - STL, FDB, SCL
v) Lenze and Mitsubishi PLC and VFD
vi) Programming of Drives - Siemens Servo Drives S120, Siemens VFD G-120
2. On Floor Programming, Panel Testing, and on-site Erection and commissioning of coating, laminating, and slitting machine.
3. Interaction with customers for various service call.
4. High-end Project - Automation. On Coating Machine with Servo drives, VFDs, HMI, Simatic Runtime, Load - cells, Proximity Sensors, Ultrasonic analog sensors, Thermic valves, and Damper torque motors.
