Subject: Request to Ensure Transparency in DSSSB CBT Examinations Respected Sir/Madam, For a long time, we have been raising our voice through grievances and representations regarding the lack of transparency in DSSSB examinations. We have also visited the DSSSB office on several occasions and submitted appeals on this issue. However, our concerns have repeatedly been denied or ignored by the concerned officials. DSSSB conducts its examinations in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Since a single recruitment is conducted in multiple shifts, the final result is prepared using the normalization process. However, there are two major issues that seriously affect the transparency and credibility of the examination process: 1. Response Sheets Are Not Shared with Candidates Unlike almost every major All India CBT examination, DSSSB does not provide candidates with their response sheets along with the official answer key. Candidates are often forced to wait for months or even years without any opportunity to verify their responses or evaluate their performance. 2. Raw Scores Are Not Disclosed At the time of the final result, DSSSB directly publishes the normalized score without disclosing the candidate's raw score. As a result, candidates have no way of knowing whether their marks increased or decreased after normalization or by how much. Since neither the response sheet nor the raw score is made available, candidates have no means to verify the fairness or accuracy of the evaluation process. This creates serious doubts and leaves room for potential errors or manipulation. We respectfully request you to take this matter seriously and direct the concerned authorities to introduce greater transparency in the DSSSB examination process by: - Releasing candidates' response sheets along with the official answer key. - Publishing both the raw score and the normalized score in the final result. - Ensuring a fair, transparent, and accountable examination system that strengthens the confidence of candidates. Thousands of aspirants invest years of hard work and dedication in preparing for these examinations. They deserve a transparent evaluation process that allows them to verify their performance and trust the integrity of the recruitment system. We sincerely hope that you will take appropriate action in the interest of lakhs of candidates and ensure transparency in DSSSB examinations. Yours faithfully, A Concerned DSSSB Aspirant Join and Share - @TeachingExam
