— Argentina has launched sanctions proceedings against 45 individuals and legal entities accused of involvement in unauthorized oil and gas exploration and exploitation around the Falkland Islands.The proceedings will target not only companies conducting hydrocarbon activities in areas Argentina claims as its "continental shelf" but also their shareholders and companies providing services that enable those operations.
