The Libyan Fatwa House, Libya's highest legal religious body, rejected the agreement and said Tripoli would enter a full-scale war if the agreement wasn’t canceled.
The Misrata Military Council armed faction, on its part, declared a state of emergency and of mobilization in the city and formed a joint operations room, calling on other militias located in Misrata to join them and act against the agreement.
Local reports also claim the 111th Brigade of Misrata is mobilizing and is preparing an offensive in Tripoli with other armed groups.
