Countries in the Middle East want it. I know Iran wishes they had interceptors, which they don't, which is why we're able to act the way we do and do some of the things we have, because those things were wiped out by us.
I remind people the United States has needs, like we have our own defense needs. We have our own defense requirements.
And before we can help others, we have to make sure that our stockpiles are always sufficient.
