— Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Russian President Vladimir Putin met in Bishkek to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation across various sectors.Putin said Russia-Iran trade and economic ties remain at last year’s level despite the ongoing military and political situation, with relations continuing to develop steadily. He added that Russia is providing Iran with necessary assistance during this difficult period and supplying the goods it needs.
Putin also said the Russian people stand in solidarity with the Iranian people in defending their interests.
