Russian marketplaces are restructuring their operations amid new risks by decentralizing logistics, Russian news outlet RBC reported on Thursday. The platforms are shifting from the Fulfillment by Operator (FBO) model, where the marketplace manages storage and delivery, to the Fulfillment by Seller (FBS) model, in which goods remain with the seller until an order is placed.
