Russia's Finance Ministry said Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Moiseev denied that the ministry sells assets at low points.
In an interview with RBC, Moiseev said, "We have never sold at bargain prices."
Companies slated for privatization or secondary public offerings include AFLT, NMTP, and TRNFP.
