Russia's Finance Ministry plans to propose including cryptocurrency in the monitoring scope under the decree on mandatory foreign exchange earnings sales, Finance Ministry official Moiseev told Interfax on Thursday. The ministry does not see a need to return to non-zero foreign exchange sales norms due to effective monitoring, he added.
