Trading of perpetual futures on traditional assets such as stocks is rapidly gaining popularity on cryptocurrency exchanges. The volume of futures trading on these assets on Binance has increased 15-fold since its launch earlier this year, reaching $445 billion, according to a Bloomberg report.
