The Statutory Update for IDT Nov'26 is still not released.
This is a frustrating situation for us as well.
I have covered the New Baggage Rules Amendment because it's under the cut off date period. So ideally, it should be applicable for you.
But I will want 100% satisfaction - to see it in ICAI Stat Update.
Same goes for other smaller amendments - like Rule 31D, Deferred Payment of Duty Date Change, Rule 9A, 14A (Registration).
I am now preparing and sharing a Lecture on balance amendments as it's not possible to wait and cover changes late.
Hoping that ICAI releases it asap - i will again put an update msg here to reconcile what ICAI has notified v what we did.
This is genuinely beyond our control as well.
