Requirements:
• Notes B.Pharm 5th Semester ke sabhi subjects ke hone chahiye
• Notes completely handwritten aur original hone chahiye (kisi aur ke ya photocopy notes accept nahi honge)
• Handwriting clear aur readable honi chahiye
• Properly organized notes hone chahiye (headings, points, diagrams etc.)
