June 6: Day Against War at Polo Piagge!
These days, we’re used to hearing about international law only when it’s being violated. On June 6, we will be joined by Lorenzo Gasbarri, professor of international law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, along with Palestinian law students, to discuss the current situation. How is it possible that international law stands powerless in the face of the current scenarios of war and human rights abuses? And what role can our knowledge play in influencing these situations, starting from where we are?
It will be an opportunity to get an update on the current situation in Gaza in the context of the war against Iran, particularly regarding the Board of Peace and Western reconstruction projects in the Strip.
