• Expanded Feed division with launch of Poultry Feed product.
• New facility: 10,760 sq ft leased factory & office space in Palakkad, Kerala.
• Added capacity: 1,500 tonnes/month; initial utilisation expected below 20%.
• Investment: ₹2.50 Cr, including ₹0.50 Cr machinery and ₹1.50 Cr working capital.
• Investment funded through internal accruals.
