→ Avenue Supermarts – Rs. 300 crore किमतीचे commercial paper allot केले.
→ Bajaj Finance – Rs. 2,050.0271 crore किमतीचे 2,05,000 secured NCDs, 8.07% coupon वर allot केले.
→ Bajaj Finance – TrueFan AI मध्ये 5% stake खरेदी केला; terms जाहीर केले नाहीत.
→ Bandhan Bank – 7 September रोजी झालेला Mastercard credit card launch हा ordinary-course business चा भाग असून त्याचा कोणताही material impact नाही, असे स्पष्ट केले.
→ Berger Paints India – Andhra Pradesh मधील Hindupur येथील नवीन solvent-based paint manufacturing facility मध्ये 9 September 2026 पासून commercial production सुरू केले. Plant ची capacity 36,000 KL/MT प्रति वर्ष असून त्यासाठी Rs. 188 कोटींपेक्षा जास्त investment करण्यात आले आहे.
→ Biocon – Holder Active Pine ने 1.66 कोटींपर्यंत shares विक्रीसाठी offer केले.
→ Bluspring Enterprises – India Ratings ने material subsidiary Vedang Cellular Services च्या Rs. 50 कोटी bank loan facilities ला IND A/Stable आणि IND A1 अशी initial credit rating दिली.
→ CG Power and Industrial Solutions – Income Tax Department ने revised FY23 tax demand असलेल्या Rs. 236.74 कोटींच्या प्रकरणात CIT(A) समोरील company च्या appeal चा निर्णय होईपर्यंत stay मंजूर केला. यासाठी demand च्या 20% रकमेचा payment करणे आवश्यक आहे, ज्यामध्ये Rs. 30 कोटी पाच installments मध्ये भरावे लागतील.
→ Enviro Infra Engineers – Suyog Urja ला 180 MW NTPC wind project साठी Rs. 190 कोटींचे EPC turnkey works मिळाले. Project 31 March 2027 पर्यंत पूर्ण करायचा आहे.
→ Eureka Forbes – CRISIL ने 8 September 2026 रोजी Eureka Forbes ची corporate credit rating AA-/Positive वरून AA/Stable केली.
→ GE Shipping – Q3 FY27 मध्ये delivery अपेक्षित असलेल्या दोन second-hand Kamsarmax dry bulk carriers खरेदी करण्याचा contract केला. 8 September रोजी सरासरी Rs. 1,379.97 प्रति share दराने 92,111 shares buyback केले; cumulative buyback 4,90,628 shares वर पोहोचला.
→ InterGlobe Aviation – Statement नुसार Northeast India मधून international operations सुरू केले.
→ Jio-bp – Commercial EVs, including buses आणि trucks, साठी charging solutions explore करण्यासाठी DRIVN सोबत pact केला.
→ KP Energy – Karnataka मध्ये group captive model अंतर्गत 42 MW wind-solar hybrid power project साठी Emmvee Energy कडून LOI मिळाला. यात 21 MW wind आणि 21 MWp solar capacity आहे. Karnataka मधील company ची ही पहिली order आहे.
→ Lemon Tree Hotels – Material subsidiary Berggruen Hotels ला Karnataka GST authorities कडून GST DRC-01A intimation मिळाले असून Rs. 5.63 कोटींच्या tax demand चा प्रस्ताव आहे. Company आपला response आणि objections दाखल करणार आहे.
→ MosChip Technologies – Supreme Court च्या 1 September 2026 च्या order मुळे Vayavya Labs acquisition case मधील status quo order मध्ये बदल झाला, असे स्पष्ट केले. Company underlying dispute मध्ये party नसल्याचे सांगून financial, operational किंवा business impact होणार नसल्याचे म्हटले.
→ NLC India – Wholly owned subsidiary NLC India Renewables ने SJVN च्या 600 MW ISTS-connected wind power tender अंतर्गत 200 MW wind power project जिंकला असून SJVN कडून Letter of Award मिळाले.
→ NSE – Sources नुसार IPO 18 September रोजी open होण्याची आणि 25 September रोजी listing होण्याची शक्यता.
→ Park Medi World – Prayagraj Municipal Corporation कडून मिळालेल्या PPP model अंतर्गत Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh येथे 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital develop आणि operate करण्यासाठी wholly owned subsidiary Park Medicity Prayagraj incorporate केली.
→ Piramal Finance – Committee ने private placement basis वर Rs. 2,000 कोटींपर्यंत secured, rated, listed NCDs issue करण्यास मंजुरी दिली. Coupon 8.57% p.a. असून maturity 5 November 2029 आहे.
→ Pitti Engineering – NCLT ने Pitti Industries Pvt Ltd आणि Dakshin Foundry Pvt Ltd यांचे Pitti Engineering मध्ये merger मंजूर केले. Merger effective date 1 April 2026 आहे.
→ PVR INOX – Bellandur, Bengaluru येथे तीन नवीन screens सुरू केले, ज्यामध्ये एक 4DX auditorium आहे. त्यामुळे property मधील एकूण screens ची संख्या सात झाली.
