“Russia stands in solidarity with the people of Iran and is providing the country with the necessary assistance during this challenging period," Vladimir Putin stated during his meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Bishkek.According to Putin, Russia supplies Iran with essential goods and continues to maintain cooperation with Tehran.
The Russian President also noted that Moscow and Tehran are sustaining last year's momentum in their trade and economic relations.
