Marina Square Mall to close in March 2027 as SingLand kicks off a hyper-mixed redevelopment lifting the site's GFA to about 362,493 sqm.
The plan adds three towers of homes, offices and hospitality alongside the existing hotels, with completion targeted for 2031.
