The director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Ghebreyesus, unsurprisingly, served on the executive committee for one of Ethiopia's largest and most radical communist parties—the Tigray People's Liberation Front. It's so far-left that they were subsequently classified as an international terrorist organization by lawmakers in the region.
Bizarre as it sounds though, it gets even worse; Ethiopia's chief of armed forces described the leader of the WHO as an infiltrator who has compromised the entire organization. He, along with members of the government even accused Tedros of distributing machine guns and consolidating political power for the TPLF. Reuters can be consulted for attestation to this.
