Respected Sir,

We, the SSC aspirants, would like to bring to your kind attention the various difficulties and irregularities reportedly faced by candidates during SSC examinations conducted by Eduquity. These issues have caused significant inconvenience, stress and concern among aspirants.

The major problems faced by candidates are as follows:

1. Server and Technical Issues
Many candidates reportedly faced technical problems during the examination, including screen freezing, slow response, questions taking time to load, and interruptions during the test. Such issues can directly affect a candidate's speed, concentration and overall performance.

2. Delay in Starting the Examination
At some examination centres, candidates reportedly experienced delays in starting their examination due to technical or system-related issues. Candidates had already reached the centres on time, but were required to wait because of problems beyond their control.

3. Questions and Options with Errors
Candidates raised concerns regarding incorrect, ambiguous or poorly framed questions and options. In a competitive examination, even a single defective question can create confusion and may affect the marks and ranking of candidates.

4. Repetition of Questions Across Shifts
Aspirants reported instances of repeated or highly similar questions appearing in different shifts. This raised concerns among candidates regarding equal opportunity and the overall fairness of a multi-shift examination.

5. Difference in Difficulty Levels Between Shifts
Candidates observed considerable differences in the difficulty level of certain shifts. Aspirants appearing in a comparatively difficult shift may feel disadvantaged, making a transparent and scientifically appropriate normalization process extremely important.

6. Concerns Regarding Normalization
Several candidates expressed dissatisfaction and confusion regarding the normalized scores. Candidates want the normalization methodology and its implementation to be transparent so that they can understand how their final marks have been calculated.

7. Answer Key and Response Sheet Issues
Candidates also raised objections regarding certain answers provided in the answer key. There were concerns about disputed answers and the process of submitting objections. A transparent mechanism for reviewing genuine objections is essential.

8. Examination Centre and Verification Problems
Some candidates reported difficulties related to biometric verification, identity verification, seating arrangements and other examination-centre procedures. Such issues can create unnecessary stress immediately before or during an examination.

9. Lack of Immediate Grievance Resolution
When candidates faced technical or examination-related problems, many felt that there was no immediate and effective mechanism available at the centre to resolve their concerns. In a time-bound examination, delayed assistance can have a direct impact on performance.

10. Lack of Clear Communication
Candidates have also expressed concerns regarding the availability of timely and clear information about technical issues, examination procedures, answer keys, objections and other important matters. Clear communication from the concerned authorities is essential to maintain candidates' confidence in the examination system.

These issues are particularly serious because SSC examinations are highly competitive, and even a small technical or procedural problem can have a significant impact on a candidate's score, rank and career opportunities.

We therefore humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly examine these concerns objectively, verify the complaints raised by candidates, and take appropriate corrective measures wherever irregularities are found. We also request that future examinations be conducted with greater transparency, technical reliability and an effective grievance-redressal mechanism.

We sincerely hope that the genuine concerns of SSC aspirants will be heard and addressed in the interest of fairness and transparency.
