SloshDog is looking for product design artists
We are looking for artists to help us turn fun character ideas into real physical collectibles.
• Plushies
• Vinyl figures
• Resin figures
• Resin statues
• Mini figures
• Blind box style figures
• Limited edition drops
You may be helping with concepts, turnarounds, expressions, poses, colour references, packaging ideas, and clean references that can be sent to manufacturers.
You do not need manufacturing experience, but plush, toy, figure, statue, or product design experience is a big bonus.
Artists will be paid for their design work, and products they design will also include a revenue share from sales online and at conventions.
Artists keep the rights to their artwork and designs. SloshDog may sell the product through an exclusivity agreement for an agreed period, but once that ends, the artist can sell or use their designs through their own store, at conventions, or wherever they like, unless we have clearly agreed otherwise.
We are not here to grab your art and lock it in the mysterious company vault. You get paid, you earn from sales, and your work stays yours.
We also offer aftercare, just like we already do with artists who currently work with us. If an artist later wants to sell the product themselves, we can help build and supply it at a low cost, handling the boring production bits so they can keep selling the fun stuff.
