One of the things I wanted the men to experience during THE KING’S TABLE was the importance of taking care of themselves.

We spent time exercising, running and pushing ourselves physically, but for me, it was about more than just exercise. It was about building discipline, taking care of the mind, releasing some of the pressure that men carry and learning to push beyond our comfort zones.

As men, we spend so much time building businesses, families and other people. We must also learn to take care of the man within us.
