- Manage day-to-day outlet operations
- Lead and schedule service staff
- Ensure smooth opening & closing operations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and SOP standards
- Coordinate with HQ on promotions and marketing campaigns
- Support sales growth and outlet performance
Requirements:
👉🏼Prior experience in F&B operations or management
👉🏼Strong leadership and communication skills
👉🏼Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
