Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Location: Under Mekelle District Branchs
LA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management,Finance, Economics,Banking & Finance or Related fields
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Main responsibilities
The Junior CSO will be expected to:
▪️Handle account opening and customer registers
▪️Manage document custody
▪️Process counter transactions and cheque deposits
▪️Handle returned cheques
▪️Assist Senior CSOs with back-office activities
▪️Support daily ATM/POS/Merchant/branch-book reconciliations
▪️Assist with clearing suspense accounts
▪️Promote bank products, services and digital channels
▪️Support deposit mobilization and customer acquisition
▪️Recruit new customers and build merchant/agent relationships
▪️Respond to customer inquiries while maintaining service quality and confidentiality
