This weekend, some of the members, prospects, and recruits from Saskatchewan assembled for a group workout. Packing weighted backpacks, they began a ruck march which replicated some of the challenges completed during Nationals 2026.
During the above mentioned ruck march, participants came from Southern Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan continues to congregate in this way, and pass down knowledge and common practices to members of its sub-groups. This allows us to rapidly iterate on what works, and correct what doesn’t, as well as giving new recruits the best chance to integrate and succeed with the club.
