Education: Degree, Diploma, or TVET Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience: Not mandatory; however, practical laboratory work, personal projects, or internship experience is highly valued. The organization provides training for qualified candidates.
Age: Under 28 years.
Skills: Fundamental practical skills in wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
