Yesterday, the WAJi Healthcare team sharpened our emergency response skills with an intensive Fire Drill Training!
We combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice to ensure we're always ready to protect our patients and staff.
Key training highlights:
🔥Mastered Fire Extinguisher Use: Practiced the P.A.S.S. technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) on live fires.
🔥Executed Safe Evacuations: Conducted timed drills to the Emergency Assembly Point, including safe transport for non-ambulatory patients.
🔥Learned Critical Decision-Making: Studied when to fight a fire vs. when to evacuate immediately.
🔥Strengthened Team Communication: Practiced clear role assignment and headcounts under simulated pressure.
