Yesterday, August 26, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, which is part of Rosatom, was attacked by a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone. The target of the attack was the dry storage facility for spent nuclear fuel❗️.
No significant damage was recorded as a result of the attack. There were no casualties among the staff.
There was no impact on the environment. The radiation levels at the Zaporizhzhia NPP and in the surrounding area are within normal limits.
