🇸🇾 - Fact Check:
Assad apologists are publishing a fabricated graphic which they claim originates from Syrian state television. The graphic states Syria's Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra died of a sudden heart attack.
The apologists, who are frustrated Damascus have restored ties with the free world and the U.S., and is no longer split between 100+ different warlords, are going as far as claiming the U.S. (or by proxy, Israel) killed the defense minister.
In reality, Murhaf Abu Qasra is not dead. Syrian state television did not publish such media.
Syria will continue on the fortunate path of becoming a strong U.S. strategic partner in a troubled region, meanwhile Assad, who has yet to address his very own people, will remain in a hole in Moscow.
