I don't think am the right person to answer this, just to share my opinion, i would say, learn and do more, learning continues, i just heard this minutes ago from onyx keep updating yourself don't wait until it becomes perfect, increase quantity with Improvement. On the roadmap it would be great if we have like that, there are really great designers here. i hope they share us something, I'm still figuring things out so, just start, learn while creating.
