Let all the rage settle down now. Everyone accepts that this prelims paper was unusually absurd, random and full of unsolvable questions.
Anyone scoring above 75ish (even above 70) from the keys should start the prep now. Sharpen your blades, plan out the next ~85 days and get back to the serious grind.
For those who missed to get through this time, please try not to take 'fundamental' decisions now. (eg. Changing optionals, leaving the prep altogether etc). We fall so that we can learn to pick ourselves up. You have an year now to next prelims and /or state pcs&other exams. Utilise these months wisely. If you plan to give your next attempt, prepare for mains with the same momentum as if you have to appear for it.
I'll try to take a session for mains and way forward by this weekend.
