It's hard sometimes for me to just sit on hands bc being tapped in everyday to the noise wants to try every little thing, but sometimes the better moves is to just dabble there and focus on your main conviction bags.
Every now and then are fine, but selling your main bags before they've even expanded prob is not the right thing I've been doing.
