🇮🇷 #Iran: The al-Qaeda-affiliated People’s Fighters Front, formerly known as Jundullah and Jaish al-Adl, has released footage of its militants carrying out an attack in Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
According to the group’s account, after Iranian security forces raided a suspected militant safehouse in the Manzelabad area, additional militants moved toward the cordon and attacked two police patrols deployed to secure the area.
Conflicting accounts arised regarding the militants' operation. While the group itself claims the attack was a success, Iranian media reports that all of the jihadists involved were killed.
