Wallet monitoring now has a tighter notification window.
• Notifications are sent only for transactions from the past 72 hours. Older transactions remain in history, but do not create in-app, external-channel, or Webhook notifications.
• Disabled, deleted, or billing-paused monitored addresses stop queued channel retries and manual resends. Messages already sent are not recalled.
• Add monitored address can import a merchant receiving wallet by public address. PolyPay never requests the private key.

钱包监控现在使用更明确的通知时效。
• 仅对过去 72 小时内的链上交易发送通知。更早的交易仍保留在历史记录中，但不会创建站内、外部渠道或 Webhook 通知。
• 监控地址被禁用、删除或因计费暂停后，排队中的渠道重试和手动重发会被阻止。已经发送的消息不会撤回。
• 添加监控地址时，可以从选定的商户收款钱包导入公开地址。PolyPay 绝不会要求私钥。
